Subject and goals. The article presents research materials on industrial enterprise management in the digital economy from the point of view of a structural approach.
Methods. To identify the advantages of implementing digital technologies, the analysis method and the structuring method were used.
Results and conclusions. Features of management of industrial enterprises in the conditions of digitalization are highlighted. The principles of structural management of industrial enterprises in modern conditions are formulated. Industrial enterprises are managed on the basis of a quality management system, which focuses on quality as compliance with requirements. The total implementation of digital technologies dictates requirements for industrial enterprises. A structuralist management paradigm will meet these requirements.
